The spacious 3-room apartment of ca. 85 m² on the ground floor offers plenty of space for families and large groups with 3 rooms. There is a bathroom with shower, a guest toilet with washing machine and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Initial cooking equipment such as spices and oil are provided and appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and oven are also available. The apartment offers high-quality and comfortable queen-size box spring beds, a day bed and a sofa bed. These are distributed as follows: - 1st bedroom - 1x box spring bed, 1x day bed - 2nd bedroom - 2x box spring bed - Living room - 1x sofa bed The 3 box spring beds are for the first 6 guests, the day bed for the 7th & 8th guests and the sofa bed for the 9th & 10th guests.
